I have nexus 5 mobile , it run quite awesome and battery backup is very fine until it have KitKat but when it got lollipop update , battery drain problem started . I have no idea whats wrong with Android 5.x.x it increased my batter drain problem. However UI of lollipop and transitions in lollipop are pretty awesome but this battery drain problem irritating . But this is not the problem in every phone , some users reported Lollipop update increased their battery backup and in some other cases it decreased . I have no idea what is the reason behind battery drain.

Minor problems with Sony Mobiles

Sony is making good mobiles in android platform and releasing many models into market with good specification . no doubt sony is the best option for the users who need a good speed ,camera clarity and smart feel . I used two models from sony mobiles one is Sony Xperia ARC S and Sony Xperia P now im still using Sony Xperia ION and sure i will buy sony further products too in future but have some minor problems when compared to the other mobile models and brands.
sony is lagging in providing updates to thier mobiles . i cant understand why they are doing like that . if we take sony P into consideration it have bugs in ice cream sandwith(ICS) version the main but is messaging tone . it doesn't give message tone when message arrived and when in ICS sony given a update this update went wrong and after the installation of update it troubled camera functions and message tone bug is not rectified . this camera disturbance git irritated a lot and i sold my phone to another duw to camera and message tone problem .Apart these problems it works good in display,processing and and all other functions the one reason why im still using sony is its display is awesome and it is a value phone for the price
After the Sony P I bought sony xperia ion . In my opinion it is very fine for the price . Ion have larger display ,1.5 ghz processor,12mp cam loaded with 16gb internal memory pretty device with good battery backup but till now it didn't get jelly bean update . I cant understand why sony is not providing updates regularly it delaying update for a soo long time .Every major mobile companies providing update ti their phone as soon as possible but sony gets lagged in providing the updates

Problem with Dell accidental Damage programe
Hi frnds i have a dell xps l502x laptop and i also have two years complete accidental coverage problem , i have no problem up to 18 months with the laptop but one fine day my laptop was dropped while i was traveling on my bike this happened due to breakage of the hook of laptop bag and unexpectedly the truck which coming to my back crushed my laptop and my laptop gone into pieces . I remembered the i have dell accidental damage so i called to the dell executive regarding my issue. then they said send the pictures of broken laptop,bill and FIR from police that my laptop was crushed by truck , I asked why FIR you doesn't specified in your documentation regarding the FIR and any other documents .They stated that if the unexpected drop of laptop occurred in home means its a private issue , if the damage is occurred road means it will be a public issue because road is a public property so they asked me to send a FIR copy from now onwards my troubles are started
so to satisfy dell policies i went to the nearest police station to complaint regarding my issue , at police station i was shocked by the reply or polices . Police officer stated that they cant give a FIR because the laptop was damaged due to my mistake and the broken laptop is also with me so there is nothing to do by police persons the said they can only lodge complaint if it was stolen by some one. all this matter i was explained to dell representative again , they said they cant do until FIR sent to them . now im in still process of getting a letter from police station since three days
the one thing i cant understand is dell always proudly announcing that they will provide complete accidental damage but they are not providing the clear guidelines and rules regarding accidental coverage program. I have checked all documentation in dell websites and also in my bill , there is nothing clear about dell policies in accidental damage they never stated they need FIR copy from police if laptop was damaged outside .
dell provided me DELL Credit note . the said they dont have any refurbished xps laptop in stock with them and they provided me with credit note and returned me credit voucher by depreciating 10% amount from my bill and with that credit note we can purchase any other model from dell store . The credit note provided by dell is valid only for 3 months after that it will expire (dell is not specifying validity of credit note in the mail when they send credit note. i got to know this validity time by calling to dell customer care ). In my case I lost better laptop . now in INDIA dell laptops are crap models providing only U processors with heavy cost . In my view purchasing lenovo,HP is better than dell . now even dell is not providing models to customize at the time of purchase . lenovo ,hp are providing good models for the price when compared to dell
